Simon has worked for the Leeds and Manchester offices since 2008 and specialises in all aspects of residential development including dispute resolution.
Simon started in the house building industry in 1988 as a quantity surveyor, he has a wealth of experience in all aspects of housing development, such as - land acquisition, technical, commercial, town planning and legal work. This knowledge has proven invaluable to Simon’s land owner clients when negotiating land sales – it ensures that land values are maximised through reviewing technical & cost solutions, while also working closely with lawyer’s.
